Your New Favorite Protein Packed Fruit Smoothie
  • 4-5slices canned peaches
  • 1scoop vanilla protein powderusing the scoop given in the container
  • 1heaping cup frozen fruit mixture
  • water/liquidapproximately 3/4 cup or as needed for consistency
  1. Take your blender and add 4-5 canned peach slices plus a little peach juice.
  2. Add water/liquid to fill the blender up to the 1-cup line marked on the blender.
  3. Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder using the scoop provided in the protein powder container.
  4. Add 1 heaping cup full of frozen fruit of your choice. I use Wyman’s combo of strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and kale.
  5. Now start to blend. You may need to add an additional shot of water/liquid depending on the consistency and ability to blend. Only add a smidge at a time so as not to make it too runny. Blend thoroughly until you see the “tornado” swirling in your blender.
  6. Pour and enjoy!
